Wilderness ALS providers

Does anyone have any experience with wilderness courses catered towards the ALS crowd?

I have been looking at Remote Medical International's RMAP (remote medicine for advanced provider)

I have read the reviews, and will be contacting them very soon, but just curious if anyone has any experience in this field.

From the outside it seems like an oxymoron- Remote and ALS

It does look like an interesting course, should count as CE credit, and with recent developments in my personal life, could help get me into the contract based overseas work.

a friend of mine took it a few yrs ago and has only good things to say about it.
