Hi! I got accepted into Widener's OT program! I'm excited because it sounds like a good program, but I've heard the area its in is very sketchy. Has anyone gone to widener or have any more insight on the campus?

Hi, I was accepted to widener as well! Though, probably will not be attending. I have friends and family in the nearby area and all say the area is not the best, but I’ve heard that is a known rule in the town to not mess with the college students. (don’t know it thats very reassuring or not) If you plan on dorming there is housing right on campus that is very secure and has good security. If not there is a bunch of people looking into off campus housing in better neighborhoods. On campus you’ll be fine as youll only be in two buildings mostly throughout the semester. Hopefully this helped!!
