What are you asking?

what type of applicant with regards to both stats and extracurriculars would make an sgu/ross/auc admissions committee say, we really really want this student to come here and make our school look better: the student seems to be open to our school given the right incentives, let's offer that student a scholarship and see if he/she bites.

Uh never heard of it, all the schools are FOR profit even if they claim nonprofit.

The only Scholarships I know of is for Locals where the Schools are, a seldom if ever used resource just the way the schools like it!

If US or Canadian good luck on finding a legit school with a scholarship.

It's all a bunch of hot air, but here is a listing of SGU's scholarships and what qualifications you need to get them. I'd imagine you'd have to be competitive enough for a US school (3.6/30) to have a shot at a for-profit school to actually ease off on the tuition.

University Sponsored Scholarships – Institutional Aid Program
A small number of partial tuition scholarships and loans are granted to members of each entering class. Awards for the full cost of attendance are not offered. In order for the student to plan in advance for the financial obligations associated with attending St. George’s University, most applications and awards are made prior to the student’s matriculation in the school and for the entire length of the program.
All awards must be used to defray the cost of tuition and are credited directly to the student’s account each term by the Office of Student Finances. Awards are made for the length of the student’s entire curriculum and prorated on the term/academic year schedule. The award letter will outline the distribution of the award.

Financial Aid Services, Inc., in accordance with guidelines set by the school’s Financial Aid Committee, makes the selection of award recipients. Award determinations are based on academic excellence, the degree of the family’s financial need and the availability of funds from the School as well as the scholarship’s specified criteria.
The student’s ability to finance his/her education beyond the extent of the financial aid award is also an important selection criterion. Applicants should be aware that the funding is limited and the quality of the applicants is generally very competitive. Unfortunately, awards cannot be made to every deserving student.

Applications will be accepted from either applicants or accepted students. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis up until the first day of classes. Applicants will receive either an award letter or a letter of declination from Financial Aid Services in a timely manner.

Unless, of course, you are such a gifted scholar that you feel you can become a competent physician without classroom learning. Basically, if you are student at Northern Medical School.
