Why don't they give us both at the same time?

I wonder why they don't supplement the computer test with an actual booklet during the test. After working the problems in the booklet, we can just bubble in the answer on the computer! How convenient! DUH.

This might come as shocker...but that would require additional work and money spent.

One benefit of the computer based OAT is not having to print and send out hundreds of test booklets. I have taken the OAT on the computer, and given the choice to take it again would choose that method hands down.
