Click to expand... Big pulse volume? Do you mean stroke volume? If so, that is because CO (cardiac output) = HR (heart rate) x SV (stroke volume). Basically if you have a low heart rate (bradycardia) in order to compensate for cardiac output, your stroke volume will increase.
