Which countries recognize PA's

Hi. Can someone tell me all the countries a PA can work in? Also, can someone give me the scope of practice, and the salary range at these different countries. Thanks. I really appreciate this.

in general a pa can work anywhere they can get an american md to sign their charts . some examples of foreign/international work include:
all branches of the military overseas
cia
peace corps
state dept at any embassy
england now has a pa program as does holland(2)
canada uses pa's in a few areas and are starting new programs
new zealand is investigating starting a program
pa's work in egypt and saudi .
saipan and guam use pa's
the mcmurdo station (antarctica) is staffed by a pa.
many other places also exist for pa's to work internationally.
