Where did you get your immunisations forms for CastleBranch?

My documents were rejected because I’ve to provide titres & what not. Was wondering where did you get yours done from? I’ve 30 days to get them done. Did you go to your pcp or a walk-in clinic?

I went with my pcp but I’ve heard success with walk-ins like cityMD
