Considering many residency programs look at performance in therapeutics courses, what is considered a "good grade" for therapeutics courses? Obviously an A has a wow factor, but where is the line drawn between excellent vs. average?

Some places have cut off GPA. Avoid C's, shoot for at least a 3.0 but >3.5 is better and you should be fine. Worry about other parts of your application as well.

A and B, maybe one C is ok...

Anything less than an A in any class is a failing grade if you ask me. I'm still bitter about the B I got in a 1 credit hour class that ruined my GPA.
