What should you have prepared before entering pharmacy school?

I have some friends in different pharmacy schools in Cali, Nevada, New Mexico...From what they told me, they regret that they didn't prepare well enough for ochem, anatomy, and so on....Thus, if you are a pharmacy student, what should you have prepared before entering pharm school?
