What is AUC like currently?

Any current or former students who recently visited? I graduated in 2013 and left the island in 2011, before AUC got sold to DeVry and before all the new buildings and Irma and whatnot. I'm just curious what the island and school are like now. On Google maps the area around the school looks way more built up.
