I am a medical graduate and I am preparing myself to apply for jobs in New Zealand as a PGY1 doctor.

I would like to get into a training program sooner. Generally, Medical graduates must work 1 year as Junior Medical Officers before they are able to get into a specialty training program.

However, I have heard that SOME hospitals in New Zealand require the Junior Medical Officers to work at least 2 years before they are able to get into training. I would like to know which hospitals they are, as I want to avoid applying to them!

Thank you :thumbup::thumbup:
