if you're not an Arizona resident might as well drop UA app. 80% of seats are reserved for in-state students

How did you choose your schools? Do you have the MSAR? UNC, Davis, Irvine, Washington, and Florida take almost no OOS and Arizona and Colorado take very few. Other than your Michigan schools, you couldn't possibly have picked a worse set of schools to apply to.

Your Michigan schools are where your best chances are so apply to all of them: Central Michigan, Michigan State, Wayne State, Oakland Beaumont, Western Michigan and U Michigan. The other schools on your list are unrealistic and accept very few or no non residents with your stats ( UC Davis accepted 1 non resident two years ago). Consider these schools instead:
Toledo
Medical College Wisconsin
Rosalind Franklin
Quinnipiac
New York Medical College
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
GW
Vermont
Tulane
