List?
Look for non mission-based schools with a median MCAT around 31 that accept at least 15% OOS.
Any clinical or nonclinical volunteerism? Shadowing?

Yes volunteer with a Homeless shelter and soup kitchen. EMT volunteer for Marathons. No shadowing though.
