Are you Canadian? I read that schools take into account the lower Canadian GPAs and boost them up a bit (that might be a rumor though).
Anyway, you did great! Congratulations! Your chances look good despite your extracurricular activities. You'll get interviews for sure.

Most of the schools I've spoken with will bump Canadian GPA's a bit. I'm not sure how much they will add, but your OAT score will more than make up for it. If you have time, you might get some more shadowing in, but I don't think you have anything to worry about.
