I can't speak to Australia's admissions process. However, for the US, your GPA is below the average and your DAT is above average. I feel like your extracurriculars will truly make or break your application. Mostly because I don't think your GPA and DAT combined are enough alone to get you into school. Make sure you have an overwhelming amount of shadowing, volunteering and meaningful life experiences.
GPA could be better... DAT is good. As @I'mFlossy said, make sure you have great extracurriculars, volunteering and shadowing to up your chances. Apply to 10-15 schools and get the application in early. You prob may get an interview and really sell them there.
