What are my chances at higher tier D.O. schools? Improvements?

Portland STate University with double majors in General Science and Public Health Science.

cGPA 3.73 and sGPA is about 3.55

MCAT: P13 / V6 / B11 Writing:M

EC:
6 years of volunteering at Oregon Health and Science University with over 600hours
Researched at PSU for O-chem professor for a year with published poster.
2 years of community non-medical volunteering as a volunteer pianist at a rehab
1 year of O-chem workshop leader for PSU
2 year of Louise Stokes Alliances for Minority Participation Science tutor at PSU (still tutoring)
Over seas week long clinical volunteering in Laiyuan, China (sub-national poverty)
Tons of working experiences: PSU gym supervisor/ Banana Republic/ Safeway
12 hours of Orthopedics Shadowing
50 hours of D.O family physician shadowing
50 hours of M.D. Family physician shadowing

I am a ESL student and have been in the U.S for 9 years

Are my credentials considered competitive for most US D.O. schools? Any improvement that I can make to make myself a more competitive applicant? Thank you!

Should have no problem getting in.
 
Not sure if that 6 in Verbal will get you screened out anywhere... if not, then you have a very good chance.
