U know that all you Indian doctors wanting to work in Singapore should seriously reconsider your intentions?
Singapore isn't that a great place to practice medicine. The hours are long, pays are stagnant nowadays and competition is tough. Will many foreign docs coming in, how many can survive? Of course, u can work for the government service or maybe go into politics after that, but people will question your intentions.
My personal thinking is that if you graduated from the universities back home, you should be thinking of serving your own people, not looking at getting a job overseas, what more Singapore. India is still a developing country, your country has given you an education, its time to repay your people, not migrate overseas, what more a small country with few prospects like Singapore.
Your are better than Singapore. To be honest, the country doesn't need you.
