Specific to me:
I am not really concerned with MD or DO, obviously would prefer MD but stats may prevent that. I am also 99% fixed on working in pediatrics based on my experiences (if that has an effect on potential school lists). There is 2 C’s on my transcript and 3 B’s (rest are A’s and A-‘s).

School list so far (send more DO and maybe low tier MD my way!)
PCOM (all schools)
KCU-COM
LECOM
Duquesne (new worth the risk?)
VCOM Virginia
Rowan
DMU

You could add these DO schools to your application:
MU-COM
NYITCOM
Touro-NY
WVSOM
CUSOM
ATSU-KCOM
AZCOM
TUNCOM
Also apply to MD schools and I suggest these:
Geisinger
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Penn State
Hackensack
Albany
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Oakland Beaumont
Medical College Wisconsin
Rosalind Franklin
TCU
Belmont
NOVA MD
Wake Forest
Virginia Commonwealth
Eastern Virginia
George Washington
Alice Walton (when it opens)

Welcome to the forums.

Yes, DUCOM will be new, but as a Pennsylvania resident, it's up to you, but being an in-state applicant, you should consider if that's where you want to go if no other affordable choices were available to you a year from now. I hope we will have more insights within the coming months from their public relations/communications office.
