Are there any schools I should remove because I have no research? Are there any I should add due to my interest in primary care? Is my current list realistic?

EDIT: Im a non-trad that graduated in 2021. I am interested in OBGYN.

Pretty darn good app in my opinion. I would add the following: Vermont (OOS friendly), Mercer, Eastern Virginia Medical School, Buffalo, Howard, Morehouse, Meharry, Grossman (why not?), and Kaiser (free tuition and worth a shot).
In general, I feel that you can apply to schools that have a median MCAT of 516. Typically, I feel that URMs can apply to schools within the range of 3+/- their MCAT and feel comfy (510 to 516 for you my friend) as long as the rest of the app looks great and the writing is also up to par. Above the 3 point threshhold that I randomly placed, it becomes more of a gamble (all med school admissions are a gamble and random thing).
Also, I would avoid going too top heavy with Ivies or schools above a 518+. Place those sparingly. Try to apply to schools that have more than 25% to 30% OOS class. I hope that I could help you :)
