Welcome to the forums.

First impressions: you need more than just oncology experience. Do you have any primary care or other internal medicine exposure?

Non-clinical community service does not seem to fit "service orientation" activities where you are directly involved with people in need: food distribution, shelter volunteer (to build off your counseling experience), job/tax preparation, transportation services, or housing rehabilitation. You need 150 hours by submission to avoid getting screened out at most programs. (Patient services in a hospital is helpful, but you are expected to serve people in need at a hospital or clinic.)

What is your purpose as a physician? What do you have in your history or activities that will compel me to argue for an II for you?

Regarding your list: I would remove Riverside if you don't have ties to Inland Empire, as well as the TMDSAS schools unless you can claim Texas residency
