Yes your hours are low, and your app is at risk of being screened out at most schools. Have you talked with schools where you are IS or closest to where you go to school?
Given your stats you need hours that keep you in the game, and your clinical and nonclinical hours are not going to help you stay on par. What do you intend to do because you need to get these hours up before submitting your application?
