I live in Western PA and am trying to stay close to home (within 7 hours) for family if possible. I am a recipient of FAP, so I can apply to up to 20 MD schools for free. I'm also a first-generation college student if that helps. Thanks!

Without an MCAT score, it's impossible to predict your chances. Reach back out once you get your score back! :)
 
Without your scores, your geographically-centered list seems reasonable. Keep leveraging your network with admissions recruiters within Pennsylvania. You could try to expand to Ohio (OUCOM, CWRU if MCAT is high) since that's well within 7 hours of Pittsburgh.
