Went to a state school (not ranked or anything)
Have a 4.0 GPA
510 MCAT
Traditional applicant (in my senior year)
average ECs (some research, some clinical experience (300ish), 100ish hours of non-clinical expereince, leader of a club at school.

Do I have a good chance at MD, or do I need to fix my MCAT score? I am afraid my MCAT will hold me back.

Where is your state of residence ? Do you have any physician shadowing hours ? What does your 100 hours of non clinical experience and 300 hours of clinical experience involve ?

GA, yes to physcian shadowing (like 100). 100 hours consisiting of mentorship, volunteering with kids, some virtual work with COVID. And clinical volunteering at a hospital (aid physician and staff at a clinic).

You do not need to retake your MCAT of 510. I suggest these schools with your stats:
Medical College Georgia
Mercer
NOVA MD
Wake Forest
Tulane
TCU-UNT
Creighton
St. Louis
Loyola
Medical College Wisconsin
Oakland Beaumont
Virginia Commonwealth
Eastern Virginia
George Washington
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Penn State
Hackensack
New York Medical College
Albany
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Accumulate another 100+ hours of non clinical volunteering and more clinical volunteering hours before you apply next year.
