I find it is extremely hard to study for this particular section. I don't know how to prepare for it; if anyone has any idea or suggestion, please share. My vocab is very limited.

Read, and read some more. Novels, newspapers, magazines, cereal boxes, whatever you can get your hands on.
There are also quite a few good test prep guides that you can use. The ones for the GRE or SAT would be good for study for the PCAT, when I took it the words seemed to be on caliber with those you would find on those tests. The Kaplan PCAT prep book also has a verbal review part, but its more difficult. Look on an online bookstore like Amazon, and check out the reviews.
You can also try studying from a GRE top 200 words list.
