US Medical student doing residency in Spain

Hi Everyone

Im a US 2nd year medical student. I want to work EM/IM/Family and I'm interested in working in Spain. Just curious about basic started points for this. Do I need to do residency there? Can I do residency there? How does that work?

I literally have no clue. Even if someone could post some links to other discussions that would answer that I would appreciate it. Ive looked but havent found much
