It’s waitlist update day!! Is anyone else feeling anxious about ranking updates today? I feel like I haven't seen too many posts from waitlisted people this year and I just want to remind everyone that they're not alone!

UMN has been my top choice since day one even though I’m OOS!! Haven't gotten any other acceptances yet so I’ve been patiently/impatiently awaiting an update for a long time now!! Good luck to everyone!

Last year it moved another 3 places for me last year. I had gotten up to number 2. seems like this year it’s moving a little less.

48 hours I was called Monday morning and had until Wednesday to accept or decline

This varies a lot from year to year. The most movement is generally at that initial push. There's usually some movement afterwards, but it can be pretty slow until it reaches a spot-by-spot basis.
It can be hard to track the IS trends just because there's fewer IS people on the forums, and the most accurate tracking as you get further on is the people in the first few spots

Got the acceptance email today! I was originally 48 on the OOS waitlist and dropped to 8 on the 15th. Most likely will be declining my spot but I'm not positive yet.
