tufts, Caritas, GW, georgetown

I'm trying to decide btwn Georgetown and George Washington in DC and btwn Tufts and Caritas St Elizabeth in Boston. Does anyone have any opinions/thoughts/experieces with any of these programs? Things like learning atmosphere, call schedule, and a program that isnt too focused on psychotherapy (im more of a biological approach person) are important to me. Thanks for any help!
