Trying to change where my OAT scores go

I'm trying to change the 5 schools I listed when I applied to take the OAT months ago. I read online to call them and they can make the changes for you. I am looking to remove a school and add another in its place. However, the lady on the phone said that they do not do this and I would have to pay an extra amount of money. I have heard some success stories of people changing their original schools. Can anyone tell me how to do this? Thanks!
