truth about a degree and getting a license

I went to a web site (previously mentioned on this forum)...I think that it was a general state medical board site. I was looking for the information pertaining to needing an undergrad degree to obtain a license. If anyone knows of the exact URL/site that would help me out with this kind of info. it would be great!
