I am very confused about the refill amounts when I call for a transfer or a copy. I will appreciate if you clarify this for me.
Basically I dont know what dose it mean when someone says for example 1+ 0 refills
or what about 0 + 1?

what about when they say there is only 1 refills remain? how do you convert that to a number like above?

Thank you

1+0 refill means that the rx has no additional refill(s) once you fill the transfer (i.e. a total of 1 refill is left on the rx prior to you obtaining it via transfer).

Likewise, 1+4 refills also means that the rx has a total of 5 refills heading towards you. If you were to fill/process the transfer upon receipt, refill information should reflect 4 refills remaining.

So, when you input it into your system, type in "0" in the refill box for the first instance above; then "4" for the second.

Hope this helps.
