Topical medicine for warts

I found that only Salicylic Acid can be used topically for warts. What if somebosy has wide spread warts on body, some small in size? Any other topical?

some openians say: it is better to leave immune system to destroy viral warts within monthes or a year ie:self limiting . But if wide spread & resistant to treatment you mut go to your doctor as an immune disease may be an underlying cause
