TMJ with anterior disk displacement, who should I see?

Hi there,

I have what seems like TMJ with anterior disk displacement and bulging of temporalis muscle, and wondering who should I see (orthodontist? maxillofacial surgeon?) and what should they do about it?

There was no trauma etc, I just woke up with it. There is no pain, but moderate discomfort with a pulling sensation and bulging of the temporalis muscle. No abscesses etc.
