Theoretically, is Distraction Osteogenesis of the Scapula & Clavicle technically possible for expansion of ones biacromial shoulder width?

Would probably require endoscopic access
Would probably result in chronic pain, maybe even severe chronic pain for the remainder of the patients life
But would this technically be possible or has this been applied or attempted before?
Been pondering this for a long time. Many bodybuilders complain about their biacromial width. I acknowledge that this would be a potentially debilating or limiting procedure, only causing more (actual) problems, comparable to the efficacy of leg lengthening surgery but simply curious and find the idea interesting.
