Surgery in Finland

hey everyone.
This summer I'm travelling to Finland as an exchange student. I'll be most probably spendng my time in the surgery department. Nevertheless I still have to choose which city to go to. I'm inclined to choose Helsinki, but people are telling me that Kuopio is better (for no obvious reason). I can also choose Oulu, Turku and Tampere. Can anyone help me with this? Ann Finns out there in the forums?
