Social anxiety disorder vs avoidant personality disorder

Difference between the two?
Is it that social anxiety disorder is more or less a fear of actually interacting with people and getting embarrassed doing something whereas avoidant personality disorder is just a person that is afraid of being rejected by a social group?

So like a person with social anxiety disorder can have friends but is afraid to do something potentially embarrassing in front of people. But a person with avoidant personality disorder has no friends because they're afraid of being rejected by a potential friend group?
