Hi,
I am a Pennsylvania resident with a 510 MCAT and 3.75c and 3.65s GPA. I have a lot of leadership and volunteer experience as well as a year of research. I received most of my secondaries including Michigan State and Arizona(Tuscon). I know these two schools heavily prefer in-state students, so I am unsure if I should bother sending in Secondaries. Here are all the schools I applied to so you can get a feel of my chances. I am also open to adding a few schools if you have suggestions.
VCU
Wake Forest
Geisinger
Temple
Rosalind Franklin
Michigan State
Georgetown
Vermont
Loyola Chicago
Cooper
Virginia Tech
Penn State
Arizona(Tuscon)
Penn State
Seton Hall
George Washington
Jefferson
Quinnipiac

I can no longer recommend Penn State given how their parent body protected a child molester for decades.
Ok that's a good point,
Thank you!

I know someone with a lower MCAT and lower GPA that got an invite from Tucson oos. He was interested in rural and native health though, so it may have helped him.

After following the advice above add these schools:
Drexel
New York Medical College
Oakland Beaumont
NOVA M.D.
Medical College Wisconsin
