Sending out OAT scores to schools

Hi,
I was wondering if we can request sending out OAT scores to schools later on and if yes, how? I'm planning to take the OAT in Oct, and on the OAT registration application I'm supposed to mark the schools I want to send my scores in. I want to send scores to the 5 schools that are included in the fee, and if my scores are not good enough, I want to apply to more schools. Will it be possible to request the test company to send in scores later on? Thanks for your help.

i know i have ran into the form many times on opted.

let me see if I can find it...

ok go to opted.org

then click on "student and advisor information" on the left side

then cick on "online registeration for OAT"

then scroll down to "score report request"
