Second year student have some questions about PT admission

Hi:

I am second year student studying in University of Toronto. Major in physics and economics. But I beginning to consider the PT school recently. So I have some basic questions:

What pre-req courses do I need to take?

I am volunteering in a hospital for medical day unit(a nursing unit). Does it help my application?

Is canadian GPA calculation same as US calculation?
