Schools that love publications?

Are there any schools that favor students who have publications over those who do not? Just like Wash U is well-known for accepting students with really high stats, are there any schools that are well-known for mostly accepting students who have publications?

I had 5 pubs (1 first) during undergrad and was shut out of interviews at all the traditional "research-intensive" schools but had interviews at a handful of interviews at schools which stress service. Go figure.
