Can anyone here recommend a good public elementary school and/or school district in San Diego?

Poway unified has great schools and affordable (so cal affordable), places to buy or rent. It's a great community and a great place to raise kids. I lived there and commuted easily between all the places that you might have to work, Coronado, Balboa, Point Loma, Pendelton, etc. Feel free to PM if you have any Qs.

Actually most people I know have been happy with the Chula Vista schools in the Eastlake area as well. They are year round which can be a bonus as well for some

Poway is good. Carlsbad also (not sure which district its in).

Sent from my SGH-T959V using SDN Mobile

Watch out for a horrible drug problem in the middle and high schools in Coronado with an emphasis on heroin.
