Thoughts? Almost seems a to good to be true after so many years of 6-10% unemployment rates.

I know there's been approximately 1.5x10^9 job market threads over the past couple of years, but hopefully this article will stir some interest for everyone, if not liven a few spirits. :)

Too many assumptions, not enough hard analysis of PT job market predictors. "The baby boomers are retiring", is just not enough for me.

No doubt, nor should that be enough for anyone. But that seems to be the horse that everyone from CNN Money to the BLS wants to keep beating.

It depends on the setting and the market. Some markets are saturated, while others are not. The demand for geriatric specialists will certainly be much higher in the future.
