Remove NEOMED and West Virginia, OU-HCOM since they admit few non residents with no connection to the state or region. You should receive interviews from the other schools on your list.

Thank you! I appreciate it. So take out Cornell, but leave Rochester (just making sure)? Isn't NYU LI only for primary care?

Yes, leave Rochester. NYU LI is primary care, but you could do IM. Up to you if the free tuition and staying in NY isn't enough to outweigh the narrow residency options.

I took a look at their match list, and someone matched IR from there. I also didn't know that general surgery was an option. I will definitely apply there. Thank you for bringing my attention to the school!

Anything more I should try to do between now and submitting my app for ECs?

If you can get another of your non-clinical activities to 100 or more hours, that would be good (whether the feeding the homeless, church food pantry or working with adults with developmental disabilities).
