Quick advice

Any advice on interviewing at either UT Southwestern or Memphis, TN? Same day interview, so can't do both unfortunately.

Both seem to be great programs. Rumor has it that UTSW residents really get worked exceptionally hard, but that they love their program. UTSW has a good rep too, but I know that Dr. Haik in Memphis is really good as well. I really know less first hand about the program at UTSW than at Memphis.

I interviewed at UTSW and really like the program. It's a strong program, and residents graduate with good surgical numbers and experience. You'll need to know or must learn Spanish.

The most important thing is that residents seem happy. I don't know anything about the Memphis program.
