Question about number of PGY-1 positions in 2004 match

If you look at the 2004 match data tables on the NRMP website, it says there were 78 integrated/combined positions for plastic surgery. But when I took a look at the match statistics by the individual programs (available at scutwork.com) and you add up all the positions, it adds up to 88. What's going on? Maybe I messed up summing the numbers?
