do you know if it's optional to update our grades to med schools after the 1st quarter/semester? or do most schools require it?

I was wondering the same thing..I am doing really well this semester and it will bring up my gpa..should I sent it to all my schools..or only my top choices?

i'm in the opposite situation - doing poorly...don't want to update unless i have to ( :(

Third situation here...I'm doing about the same as I always have, maybe a bit worse. Anyone have any advice on this?

If they're good send them in, if they're the same send them in, if they are worse don't send them.

Doesn't get any simpler than this.

Seriously, why would anyone send in bad grades?
