PT aide

I need a summer job and to hopefully something that will give me some experience in the PT field. Besides volunteering at 2 hospitals, i was just wondering if you need certification to be a PT aide in texas?

No state that I know of requires certification as a PT aide, in fact there is no such thing as being a certified PT Aide as far as i Know. There is PT Assistant and that is a 2 year degree, and requires a license from the state you are practicing in.

No, you are not required to have any sort of certification to be a PT aide in the state of Texas.
