Hi everyone,
New to the forums. I'm working on a research product and can't find any citable data whatsoever on preterm/false contractions hospital visits.
I'm trying to find out how many women visit the ED for false contractions/false labor pains (braxton hicks)?
I've been able to find stats such as 500,000 babies are born preterm in the US annually (or 1 out of every 9) via the CDC but nothing on hospital visits per annum for false labor/braxton hicks...
Anyone have any info or leads?
Thanks a bunch
Edit: Also, would be great to find out the average number of times / per patient for false-contraction hospital visits...
