What resources do students use to access practice questions that reflect material tested on exams and boards?

I'm starting at Western in the fall, so advice specific to the curriculum would be great. Input from students at other schools would be tremendously helpful as well. Thanks!

It depends on your school, but for boards this question has been asked multiple times before.
