With PLS is anyone experiencing errors running case reports?

I'm up for hospital recredentialing and trying to show how many ankle scopes I've done. However when running the report PLS seems to pick and choose which cases to display on PDF format. After running the report it only showed 1 ankle arthroscopy performed. Running the report in Excel format the cases are there but all over the place in terms of dates. They jump from 2016 to 2020 to 2019.

For the final report I ended up using excel, finding out how to run a script to sort rows by the date and getting it that way.

In case you can't get it to work...

For hospital recredentialing I have my Billing specialist send a list of procedures by CPT code from our EHR/practice management software.

Yeah if board cert Zero reason to log. Just have medical records or medical staff run a report. Easy

It is wonky... typically gets that way around ABFAS board cert exam time when they freeze editing cases.

Mine is the same... you can make PDF list, but it's not chronologic or by procedure cat number as it usually is.

I usually save my PDF version once or twice per year in case I get on at a new hospital... hopefully PDF list works in spring, at least your Excel is working
