Physical challenge?

I'm a late applicant to Ob/Gyn, but I hope I'm lucky enough to match despite that. I just have a question that's been bugging me. For current female Ob residents or graduates, have any of you ever been pregnant during residency or after you graduated? I'm trying to imagine what it would be like to be working on a case in the OR for a few hours while being pregnant. I have one child already and hope to have more in the future. My pregnancy was relatively easy and I had a good time, but still I wonder how it would affect my performance in the OR. Any input?
